Dispositivo investigativo en el desarrollo de competencias formativas.

Resumen
Este trabajo de titulación se realizó para conocer las características del dispositivo investigativo en el desarrollo de las competencias formativas en la carrera de Mercadotecnia y Publicidad de la Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación donde se evidenció problemas referentes al escaso desarrollo de competencias formativas que existen por parte de los estudiantes debido al desconocimiento sobre los beneficios que otorga los dispositivos investigativos. La metodología es basada en un enfoque mixto, es decir, cualitativo y cuantitativo. Para este estudio se consideró16estudiantes, y 1 docente de la carrera, además, vale mencionar, que se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y entrevista respectivamente con la finalidad de recopilar datos de primer orden. Como resultado se conoció que los educando que están cursando titulación puedan aprender estrategias y empleo de dispositivos que le ayudaran a mejorar sus competencias ormativas conociendo que los dispositivos investigativos sirven de apoyo a investigadores, docentes académicos, futuros profesionales, entre otros, del mismo modo, permite viabilizar la factibilidad de la producción científica, valor de contenido a un modelo educativo abierto que proporcione interacción, creatividad, diversificación, accesibilidad a plataforma investigativas, transformacionales, de aprendizaje autónomo y cooperativo para fomentar competencias formativas.
This degree work was carried out to know the characteristics of theinvestigative device in the development of training skills in the MarketingandAdvertising career of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Educational Sciences where problems related to the poor development of trainingskillswere evidenced. that exist on the part of the students due to the ignoranceabout the benefits that the investigative devices grant. The methodologyisbased on a mixed approach, that is, qualitative and quantitative. For thisstudy, 16 students were considered, and 1 teacher of the career, in addition, it is worth mentioning, that the survey and interview technique was appliedrespectively in order to collect first-order data. As a result, it was knownthat the students who are studying the degree can learn strategies anduseof devices that will help them improve their training skills, knowing that theinvestigative devices serve as support for researchers, academic teachers, future professionals, among others, in the same way. It allows to makeviablethe feasibility of scientific production, content value to an open educational model that provides interaction, creativity, diversification, accessibilitytoinvestigative, transformational, autonomous and cooperative learningplatforms to promote training skills.
