Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo la elaboración de un plan de
implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad para el GAD Municipalidad del
Cantón Paján, Provincia de Manabí, basado en la norma ISO 9001: 2015; para lograr que
el GAD Municipal del Cantón Paján mejore sus servicios a través de procesos logrando
aumentar la satisfacción del usuario. La metodología es Cuali-cuantitativa basándose en la
Norma ISO 9001-2015 y utilizando un check list como herramienta de investigación para
el levantamiento de la información. Se aplicará el método inductivo debido a que se parte
de la evaluación de procesos (particular) para llegar a la evaluación del sistema de gestión
de calidad (general). El segundo capítulo describe la metodología a usar, así como también
refiere las técnicas e instrumentos aplicados para el levantamiento de la información. Se
presenta los resultados de la investigación; en el cual se usa la lista de verificación que
permite diagnosticar la situación actual de la institución en cuanto al cumplimiento de la
ISO 9001: 2015.
The objective of this research work is to develop an implementation plan for a quality management system for the GAD Municipality of Paján, Province of Manabí, based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard; to ensure that the Municipal GAD of Paján improves its services through processes that increase user satisfaction.
