Abandono prematuro de la lactancia materna en madres adolescentes que acuden al Subcentro de Salud el Fortín

Resumen
Es un estudio de tipo descriptivo de investigación-acción, de modalidad cualitativa y se trabajó
con una muestra por selección de 25 madres adolescente que acudían a sus controles
perinatales al sub centro de salud ´´El Fortín`` en el mes de enero del año 2017. Como técnica
se utilizó la entrevista y como instrumento un formulario de preguntas elaborado por los autores
ya que nos permitirá conocer la percepción que tienen las madres adolescentes de la lactancia
materna y él porque de su abandono. Los resultados se presentan en las tablas con su
resumen y análisis descriptivo. También se encontró que dentro de los factores que influyen
para el abandono es el tipo de empleo o actividad que desarrolla la madre dando como
indicadores que solo el 40% de la muestra tiene ayuda de sus parejas por lo cual el resto de
ellas tienen que buscar fuentes de ingreso lo que lleva a tener actividades laborales
prolongadas y es lo que conlleva a que se abandone la lactancia materna por medio de la
madre. De la muestra tomada de las madres adolescentes solo el 60% da de manera acertada
lactancia natural mientras que el 40% solo alimenta a lactante con leche artificial. También se
observa que solo el 36% de la muestra ha terminado la secundaria. Y que el 12% ha logrado
llegar a la Universidad Dando como un total el 100% de los encuestados.
It is a descriptive study of research-action, of qualitative modality and a sample was selected by selection of 25 adolescent mothers who went to their perinatal controls to the health center "El Fortín" in the month of January of the year 2017. As a technique, the interview was used as an instrument and a question form developed by the authors, since it will allow us to know the perception of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding and how they feel about their abandonment. The results are presented in the tables with their summary and descriptive analysis, and that 40% have abandoned this Practice for factors that led to it not continue with it.
