sustancia a emplear.
This research aims to determine whether the endodontic failure by re bacterial contamination is related to the Use of calcium hydroxide. This project is based on the analysis endodontic failure and calcium hydroxide as mediation intracanal and studying their chemical composition, properties , mechanism of action , method of application and bactericidal action. The reason why this research is conducted is due to the problem which is observed in certain cases where it is obvious application of an intracanal medication substance probably due to ignorance of the importance , benefits and properties substance use . Since according to the above in various researches lack of application of the substance medication facilitate remanence of certain bacteria in the root canal due to the Decontamination of conduit action , performed by using the Hand cutting instruments together with no irrigant ensures elimination in whole organisms present in leaving the root canal the possibility that these surviving and eventually regain their pathogenicity achieving the re duct pollution and leading to treatment failure. For the development of this research has been used items bibliographic, descriptive and documentary through which analyzed individual characteristics of calcium hydroxide and failure endodontic order to achieve results identify themselves using the calcium hydroxide as an intracanal medication would provide sufficient benefits to ensure a higher success rate in achieving endodontic treatments.
