Péptido natriurético como marcador diagnóstico de insuficiencia cardíaca, propuesta de un algoritmo diagnóstico

Resumen
La insuficiencia cardiaca es un síndrome que se caracteriza por un daño estructural o funcional del ventrículo trayendo como consecuencia disminución del llenado ventricular así como incapacidad de su función como bomba. El presente estudio se realiza con el objetivo de resaltar la utilidad del péptido natriurético cerebral en el diagnóstico de insuficiencia cardiaca mediante la realización de un algoritmo se utilizaron los métodos teóricos, científicos para la elaboración del algoritmo diagnóstico mediante la metodología cualitativa en la forma de estudio de casos con la descripción de todas las categorías educativas, sociodemográficas, técnicas y clínicas que nos ayuden a la formulación de dicho algoritmo siempre bajo la supervisión de un experto, se formuló la pregunta científica y se obtuvo los resultados de todo la recopilación teórica científica, ya que la insuficiencia cardíaca es un síndrome múltiple que ha evolucionado atreves del tiempo, y su diagnóstico se ve favorecido por muchos marcadores biológicos siendo los más importantes los péptidos natriuréticos. Estos péptidos natriuréticos cada vez son más estudiados por lo que se van descubriendo muchas funciones nuevas, los principales péptidos estudiados son: el péptido natriurético cerebral, y el péptido natriurético auricular.
Ambos tienen propiedades cardioprotectoras, natriuréticas, vasodilatadora y reguladoras de la presión arterial
Heart failure is a syndrome characterized by structural or functional damage ventricle consequently resulting decreased ventricular filling and inability to function as a pump. The present study was carried out with the aim of highlighting the utility of brain natriuretic peptide in the diagnosis of heart failure, a guide as a tool diagnosed with heart failure, place the theoretical methods were used, scientists for the preparation thereof by the methodology in the form of qualitative case study with the description of all educational categories. Sociodemographic techniques and clinics to help us formulate such guidance under the supervision of an expert scientific question was asked and the following results were obtained: a large percentage of respondents doctors if they know that is the natriuretic peptide, but the most do not ask or in the emergency department in patients arriving with dyspnea, or as a diagnosis of acute exacerbation of heart failure, or prognosis, the most common cause of heart failure in our study was ischemic heart disease and hypertension, the aged 65-74 years had the highest values peptide according to their age. We can conclude that there are not many data on surveys of physicians about the importance of natriuretic internationally peptide, although scientific evidence is abundant, as in this small study the global scientific information found that elevation of natriuretic peptide heart failure he was among the 64 a75 years old, and its most common cause was ischemic heart disease and hypertension.
