| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es de dar a conocer cuáles son los elementos que componen una prótesis parcial metálica removible con su ubicación y función adecuada para obtener un tratamiento exitoso. Recordar que cada una de los componentes tienen un nombre que usualmente describe su función. Una prótesis parcial metálica removible siempre va a estar constituida o conformada por las siguientes partes: Conector mayor, conector menor, apoyos, retenedores directos e indirectos (ganchos), una o más bases: metálica, acrílica y mixtas y por último los dientes artificiales que harán la función de los naturales. La metodología aplicada es un método analítico- sintético ya que con la ayuda de la información recabada se realizará el análisis bibliográfico del tema, también se aplicó el método descriptivo, bibliográfico, y cualitativo. Como resultado obtenemos que la fabricación y ubicación correcta de cada uno de los elementos nos permite devolver las funciones masticatorias, de deglución fonética y estética en boca del paciente. Siempre y cuando la prótesis cumpla con 3 factores que son: soporte, retención y estabilidad. En conclusión, debemos de tener en cuenta estos factores y elementos para poder tener el éxito adecuado en el tratamiento y lograr mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes que necesiten una prótesis parcial metálica removible | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The objetive of this research study is to make known the elements that make up a removable partial prosthesis with its location and the appropriate function to obtain a successful treatment. Remember that each component has a name that usually describes its function. A removable metal partial prosthesis will always be constituted or conformed by the following parts: Connector major, minor connector, direct and indirect retainers (hooks), one or more bases (metallic, acrylic and mixed) and finally the artificial teeth that they will do the function of the natural ones. The applied methodology is an analytical-synthetic method since with the help of the information collected the bibliographic analysis of the subject will be carried out. In addition, the descriptive, bibliographic, and qualitative method will also be applied. As a result, we obtain that the correct manufacture and location of each of the elements allows us to return the masticatory, phonetic and aesthetic swallowing functions in the patient's mouth. As long as the prosthesis complies with 3 factors such as: support, retention and stability. In conclusion, we must take into account these factors and elements in order to be successful in the treatment so as to improve the dental health of patients who need a removable partial metal prosthesis | es_ES |
