| dc.description.abstract | La Agencia Naviera Noe Shipping Agency Cía. Ltda., fue creada en la ciudad de Guayaquil en 1998, dedicada a dar servicios de agenciamiento para buques que pasan por aguas ecuatorianas de zarpe y arribo, está ubicada en Aguirre 324 entre Chile y Pedro Carbo y actualmente tiene 12 empleados, y en este último año se está aplicando a la certificación ISO como requerimiento de la Agencia Marítima de Aduanas. Requisito indispensable para poder operar como agencia naviera y atender a nuestros clientes, ya que actualmente hay mucha competitividad y como una empresa mediana la mayor parte del tiempo es muy difícil enfrentarse a empresas multinacionales o de gran escala a nivel nacional. Los clientes satisfechos y que son de buena referencia permanecen con nosotros por el buen servicio y manejo de sus buques dentro del país. Al aplicar las normativas ISO en todos los procesos se agilitan con los soportes respectivos y cumplimos con todos los requerimientos solicitados. | es_ES |
