dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como finalidad la Identificación de los Riesgos laborales en el área de producción de la Empresa Goreplast S.A. Se utilizó el método de la Matriz de William Fine, evaluando cada puesto de trabajo e identificando los riesgos de mayor incidencia, los cuales son los riesgos mecánicos (41,18%). La causa de este resultado se debe a la falta de capacitaciones sobre la seguridad y salud ocupacional, falta de control preventivo en el uso de maquinarias, ausencia de señalización del área de trabajo, entre otras; para lo cual se deberá tomar medidas preventivas a fin de reducir los accidentes laborales y el ausentismo laboral a los que están expuestos los colaboradores de la empresa.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to identify occupational risks in the production area at Goreplast S.A. company. The William Fine Matrix method was used, assessing each job and identifying the most impactful risks, which are mechanical risks (41.18%). The cause of this result is due to the lack of training on occupational safety and health, lack of preventive control in the use of machinery, absence of signage of the work area, among others; preventive measures should be taken to reduce workplace accidents and absenteeism to which the company's employees are exposed.es_ES
