dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por enfoque el estudio de la red satelital Starlink, el impacto o efecto que tendrá en el país y los diversos cambios que se crearán cuando se lleve a cabo de manera oficial, de tal modo que los usuarios que poseen otro servicio de internet tengan la opción de cambiarse de proveedor con la finalidad de mejorar sus servicios por lo que tienen la posibilidad de adquirir mucha más velocidad que los ofrecen los servicios existentes. Para este proceso se realizó una investigación bibliográfica y a su vez también se realizó un análisis documental abordando el proyecto de Starlink y su factibilidad permitiendo la recuperación de datos no transmitidos para ser comunicados. Al finalizar se hizo una comparativa de los proveedores de internet locales y análisis del posible uso de Starlink en Ecuador.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This research work focuses on the study of the Starlink satellite network, the impact or effect it will have on the country and the various changes that will be created when it is carried out officially, in such a way that users who have another Internet service providers have the option of changing providers in order to improve their services, so they have the possibility of acquiring much more speed than existing services offer. For this process, bibliographic research was carried out and a documentary analysis was also carried out addressing the Starlink project and its feasibility to allow the recovery of data not transmitted to be communicated. At the end, a comparison was made of local internet providers and an analysis of the possible use of Starlink in Ecuador.	es_ES
