dc.description.abstractEryngium foetidum L. llamado también como cilantro silvestre alrededor del mundo como; originario de Europa, pero insertada en nuestro país y conocida popularmente como chillangua se cultiva en climas tropicales y es utilizada culinariamente por su peculiar olor y sabor. El presente estudio farmacognóstico y fitoquímico realizado en las hojas de esta planta, está dirigido a identificar los metabolitos secundarios presentes para describir las actividades terapéuticas en la especie vegetal a estudiar; se demostró cualitativamente en el tamizaje fitoquímico la presencia de fenoles, flavonoides, alcaloides y terpenos. De acuerdo a esto se realizó la determinación cuantitativa de fenoles totales e identificación de compuestos por cromatografía de gases acoplada a espectrometría de masas; Concluyendo así que los resultados obtenidos en los parámetros de calidad de la droga cruda se encontraron dentro de los rasgos establecidos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEryngium foetidum L. also called as wild coriander around the world as; originally from Europe, but inserted in our country and popularly known as chillangua is cultivated in tropical climates and is used culinary for its peculiar smell and taste. The present pharmacognostic and phytochemical study carried out on the leaves of this plant, is directed to identify the secondary metabolites present to describe the therapeutic activities in the plant species to be studied; the presence of phenols, flavonoids, alkaloids and terpenes was demonstrated qualitatively in the phytochemical screening. According to this, the quantitative determination of total phenols and identification of compounds by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry was carried out; thus concluding that the results obtained in the quality parameters of the raw drug were found within the established traits.es_ES
