dc.description.abstract	Para la elaboración del presente trabajo de investigación, se realizó un análisis de la población ubicada al Noroeste de la ciudad de Guayaquil, en especial de las madres solteras que de una u otra manera ha accedido a microcréditos en diferentes instituciones financieras de Guayaquil con el objetivo de mejorar su situación económica y social a través de la inversión en actividades productivas, para ello se realiza un diagnóstico socio económico de las madres solteras. Para conseguir resultados óptimos se realizó un estudio descriptivo, así como también una investigación directa a través de encuestas que permitieron conocer si su calidad de vida mejoró, se mantiene o no a sufrido cambios después de obtener dichos créditos, evidenciando además el esfuerzo social de este grupo en especial para cumplir con sus objetivos y demostrar fortaleza ante adversidades sociales. La conclusión más relevante de la presente investigación es que las madres cabeza de hogar en su mayoría no son beneficiarias de ningún tipo de ayuda por parte del gobierno, más sin embargo han logrado tener posibilidades de acceder a créditos con las instituciones financieras que creyeron en sus propuestas de emprendimiento y en la mejoría de los negocios ya formalizados, otro pequeño grupo trabajan bajo relación de dependencia, también se denota los tipos de emprendimientos que han logrado fortalecer con el pasar del tiempo ayudándose de herramientas tecnológicas, se logró revelar el nivel de educación de las madres solteras y el respectivo número de cargas.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	For the preparation of this research work, an analysis was carried out of the population located to the Northwest of the city of Guayaquil, especially single mothers who in one way or another have accessed microcredits in different financial institutions in Guayaquil with the objective to improve their economic and social situation through investment in productive activities, for which a socio-economic diagnosis of single mothers is carried out. To achieve optimal results, a descriptive study was carried out, as well as a direct investigation through surveys that allowed to know if their quality of life improved, whether or not it has undergone changes after obtaining said credits, also demonstrating the social effort of this group especially to meet its objectives and demonstrate strength in the face of social adversities. The most relevant conclusion of the present research is that most of the mothers head of the household are not beneficiaries of any type of aid from the government, but nevertheless they have managed to have the possibility of accessing credits with financial institutions that believed in their Entrepreneurship proposals and in the improvement of already formalized businesses, another small group works under a dependency relationship, it also denotes the types of enterprises that have managed to strengthen over time with the help of technological tools, it was possible to reveal the level of education of single mothers and the respective number of charges.	es_ES
