Resumen
La motivación y la satisfacción laboral actúan como ejes transversales en la
dinámica de las organizaciones pues son estos componentes los que actúan de
forma directa en la dinámica individual y de grupo dentro de una organización,
el presente trabajo de sistematización tuvo como objetivo el de identificar las
competencias y habilidades que por medio de la práctica organizacional van
forjando las estrategias que permitan mejorar la formación como Psicólogos y
Concretar correctamente los procesos, la metodología que se usó fue de tipo
cualitativa, descriptiva, en la que se evidencio la existencia de una relaciones
positiva entre las dimensiones motivación y satisfacción. Todos estos
resultados avalan lo ya explicado en los antecedentes de investigaciones
previas que dicen que una empresa exitosa requiere incentivar estas esferas
de sus empleados. Finalmente es importante mencionar que la recuperación
del proceso vivido durante la práctica nos lleva a analizar y reflexionar
críticamente sobre condiciones que incidieron al momento de ejecutar el
levantamiento de información durante un diagnóstico organizacional, para así
poder declarar algunas lecciones aprendidas con la finalidad de que sea un aporte a las futuras prácticas con intención organizacional
Motivation and job satisfaction act as transversal axes in the dynamics of organizations because these components act directly in the individual and group dynamics within an organization, the purpose of this systematization work was to identify the competencies and skills that through organizational practice are forging the strategies that allow to improve the training as Psychologists and correctly specify the processes, the methodology used was qualitative, descriptive, in which the existence of a positive relationship was evidenced between the motivation and satisfaction dimensions. All these results support what has already been explained in the background of previous investigations that say that a successful company requires to encourage these spheres of its employees. Finally, it is important to mention that the recovery of the process experienced during the practice leads us to analyze and reflect critically on conditions that affected the moment of executing the information gathering during an organizational diagnosis, in order to declare some lessons learned in order to be a contribution to future practices with organizational intention
