Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar que
ataches de precisión con PPRM pueden ser utilizados mediante la
observación de las condiciones orales del paciente para mejorar la estética y
función en un paciente desdentado parcial donde no es posible adaptarle una
prótesis fija.
Teniendo presente las diferentes condiciones de un paciente para ser
rehabilitado por la ausencia de piezas dentarias, es indispensable un
diagnóstico como fundamento para evaluar cuál prótesis sería la más
adecuada para el éxito del tratamiento. La estética y la funcionalidad son un
papel fundamental que el paciente visualiza a la hora de elegir una prótesis.
Por lo tanto, el odontólogo debe estar en capacidad de evaluar cual prótesis
cumple con las necesidades del paciente. Esta investigación que se
presenta mediante un método analítico que explica de manera clara las
indicaciones, características, utilización y adaptación de los ataches de
precisión que en el momento de elegirlos en conjunto con la prótesis parcial
removible, los cuales son un valioso instrumento de acuerdo con los
diferentes parámetros clínicos en la realización de proyectos y
procedimientos.
Desarrollando todas las problemáticas de una prótesis combinada, desde la
planificación inicial a la resolución de un caso según los parámetros clínicos,
dando al profesional la posibilidad de evaluar las distintos diseños y nuevos
métodos de trabajo técnico.
Este análisis busca una guía para la rehabilitación oral a través de la prótesis
parcial removible y no como un catálogo de ataches. Los resultados
esperados para el lector serán evaluar la aplicación de los ataches con
respecto a su paciente y hacer una acertada elección cuando ellos estén
indicados.
This research aims to determine which MPRP precision attachments can be used by observation of the patient's oral condition to improve the aesthetics and function in a partially edentulous patient where it is not possible to adapt a fixed prostheses. Bearing in mind the different conditions of a patient to be rehabilitated by the absence of teeth , is indispensable diagnosis as a basis for assessing what would be the prosthesis suitable for the successful treatment . Aesthetics and functionality are critical role that the patient displayed when choosing a prosthesis. Therefore, the dentist must be able to assess which prosthesis meets the needs of the patient. This research presented by an analytical method that clearly explains the indications, characteristics , use and adaptation of the attachments of accuracy at the time of choosing them together with the partial denture removable , which are a valuable tool in accordance with the clinical parameters in the implementation of projects and procedures . Developing all the problems of a combined prosthesis from the initial planning to the resolution of a case based on clinical parameters, give the professional the opportunity to evaluate the different designs and new technical working methods . This analysis seeks guidance for oral rehabilitation through the prosthesis removable partial and not as a catalog of attachments . the results expected for the reader will assess the implementation of the attachments with about their patient and make a wise choice when they are indicated.
