| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo general, el determinar cómo influye en la compañía “BARTON S.A.” el diseño de un modelo de control para mejorar la Gestión de Inventario, para realizar el presente proyecto de investigación fue necesario identificar conceptos claves entorno a la gestión de inventario, a su vez fue indispensable el realizar una investigación de campo en las instalaciones de la empresa, en la que se pudo recolectar información de la empresa propiamente de los trabajadores de la misma, así se sustentó toda la información descrita en cuanto al problema de la compañía en el primer capítulo del presente estudio, mediante el estudio de la información bibliográfica dentro del contexto científico acerca de los modelos de control para mejorar la Gestión de Inventario; se seleccionará la más adecuada o la que se acerque a la modalidad que conlleve a la optimización del tema antes mencionado dentro de las instalaciones de la compañía BARTON S.A. con la finalidad de mejorar su proceso de compras, en factores como abastecimiento, precio y tiempo; identificando los parámetros para logar una mejor utilidad en el ejercicio comercial. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research project has as general objective, to determine how the company "BARTON SA" influences the design of a control model to improve Inventory Management. In order to carry out the present research project, it was necessary to identify key concepts around the inventory management, in turn, it was essential to carry out a field investigation at the company's premises, in which it was possible to collect information from the company itself of the workers of the company, thus supporting all the information described in terms of the company's problem in the first chapter of the present study, through the study of bibliographical information within the scientific context about control models to improve Inventory Management; we will select the most suitable one or the one that approaches the modality that leads to the optimization of the aforementioned subject within the facilities of the company BARTON S.A. with the purpose of improving its purchasing process, in factors such as supply, price and time; identifying the parameters to achieve a better utility in the commercial exercise. | es_ES |
