| dc.description.abstract | La presente sistematización de experiencia se realizó conforme a las vivencias que se dieron durante las prácticas preprofesionales en la comunidad “Los Naranjos” en el cantón Durán durante el 2019. Esto como parte de la propuesta enfocado en caracterizar la calidad de vida de mujeres con maltrato intrafamiliar que tuvo su importancia ante la gravedad de este problema social que fue parte de las evidencias que se obtuvieron de las técnicas e instrumentos empleados con las personas involucradas en los talleres. Se realizó la revisión literaria donde se recopilaron diferentes fuentes de investigación bibliográfica para que así se proporcionen argumentos que ayuden a comprender la importancia de la calidad de vida y las repercusiones que se generan en el maltrato de pareja, específicamente abordando el análisis de problemas de salud mental como son la ansiedad y depresión. La metodología que se planteó fue la sustentada por Jara para la realización de este tipo de documentos, que además se enfocó en un estudio cualitativo donde se contextualizó el entorno de intervención, fortalezas y limitaciones. Para el proceso vivido se expusieron todas las actividades que se llevaron a cabo a través de la familiarización del proyecto comunitario mediante la Fundación Ideas y conforme a las experiencias realizar la reflexión crítica que demostró que las mujeres maltratadas en la comunidad reflejan un nivel medio de estrés relacionado con las agresiones experimentadas por la pareja y los factores a los que se encuentra involucrada como por ejemplo: nivel socioeconómico, inseguridad, carencias, sociales, entre otros | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present systematization of experience was carried out according to the experiences that occurred during the pre-professional practices in the community “Los Naranjos” in the Durán canton during 2019. This as part of the work proposal focused on characterizing the quality of life of women with intrafamilial abuse that had its importance due to the seriousness of this social problem that was part of the evidence obtained from the techniques and instruments used with the people involved in the workshops. To address the study of this psychosocial aspect it was necessary to carry out the literary review where different sources of bibliographic research were collected so that arguments are provided that help to understand the importance of quality of life and the repercussions that are generated in partner abuse, specifically addressing the analysis of mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. The methodology that was proposed was supported by Jara for the realization of this type of documents, which also focused on a qualitative study where the intervention environment, strengths and limitations were contextualized. For the lived process, all the activities that were carried out through the familiarization of the community project through the Ideas Foundation were exposed and according to the experiences, carry out the critical reflection that showed that the battered women in the community reflect a medium level of stress related to the aggressions experienced by the couple and the factors to which they are involved, such as: socioeconomic level, insecurity, lack, social, among others | es_ES |
