dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar las motivaciones que el legislador tuvo para su tipificación y consecuencias jurídicas; para tal fin se realiza una etapa de investigación documental, además de una investigación de campo a través de un estudio de tipo descriptivo, lo que consideró fuentes primarias y secundarias de investigación tal como indica Hernández, Fernández y Baptista (2015) en cuanto a fuentes primarias se realizó cuestionario a estudiantes de derecho y docentes de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia de la Universidad de Guayaquil. Entre las conclusiones y recomendaciones se puede indicar que es necesaria la modificación del texto legal, específicamente el Código Orgánico Integral Penal para generar un detalle sobre los elementos constitutivos del delito del femicidio para diferenciarlo de otros tipos penales similares.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this research study was to analyze the motivations that the legislator had for its classification and legal consequences; for this purpose a documentary research stage is carried out, in addition to a field investigation through a descriptive study, which considered primary and secondary sources of research as indicated by Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2015) in terms of sources primary questionnaire was made to law students and teachers of the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the University of Guayaquil. Among the conclusions and recommendations may indicate that it is necessary to amend the legal text, specifically the Organic Comprehensive Criminal Code to generate a detail on the constituent elements of the crime of femicide to differentiate it from other similar criminal offenses.	es_ES
