dc.description.abstractEsta monografía hace referencia a la importancia de la influencia del liderazgo docente en la universidad, como factor motivante para el desarrollo de líderes sociales. El estudio se enfoca en la educación universitaria. La presentación de los temas se inicia con los conceptos, antecedentes, principios, características del líder, se determina las responsabilidades asociadas al liderazgo, se realiza una descripción de los antecedentes, principios y de las nuevas funciones de la Universidad, se define el liderazgo en el docente, las diferencias entre líder y gerente educativo, las cualidades de un líder docente y la importancia del liderazgo docente en la Universidad. En el desarrollo de la investigación se emplearán los métodos de las investigaciones; exploratoria, descriptiva, explicativa y documental. Con el aporte de este trabajo se pretende evidenciar la importancia del liderazgo docente en los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje en la Universidad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis monograph makes reference to the importance of the influence of the educational leadership in the university, like motivante factor for the development of social leaders. The study focuses in the university education. The presentation of the subjects begins with the concepts, antecedents, principles, characteristics of the leader, determines the responsibilities associated to the leadership, is made a description of the antecedents, principles and of the new functions of the University, it defines the leadership in the educational one, the differences between leader and educative manager, the qualities of an educational leader and the importance of the educational leadership in the University. In the development of the investigation the methods of the investigations will be used; exploratory, descriptive, explanatory and documentary. With the contribution of this work it is tried to demonstrate the importance of the educational leadership in the education processes learning in the University.es_ES
