dc.description.abstractEn el artículo se describe una metodología de ordenamiento territorial para el análisis de sistemas hídricos, con el objetivo de brindar insumos para la definición de normas y usos de suelo en el área urbana y rural del cantón Guayaquil, a través del desarrollo e identificación de información asociada a la delimitación de franjas de protección ante riesgos naturales, como un mecanismo para consolidar el suelo y los recursos de los territorios aledaños a la ciudad. Entre los resultados del presente estudio están la elaboración de cartografía temática digital, la zonificación de áreas no urbanizables y normativas para la regulación de franjas de protección de ríos y esteros.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe article describes a territorial ordering methodology for the analysis of water systems, with the objective of providing inputs for the definition of norms and land uses in the urban and rural area of the Guayaquil canton, through the development and identification of information associated with the delimitation of strips of protection against natural risks, as a mechanism to consolidate the soil and resources of the territories surrounding the city. Among the results of this study are the development of digital thematic cartography, the zoning of non-urbanizable areas and regulations for the regulation of protection bands of rivers and estuaries.es_ES
