The results indicate that the most recurrent pathologies among users in the canton are pneumonia and digestive bleeding. Regarding the reasons why users with clinical pathologies go to different cities, the search for more effective care, hospital equipment and supplies, and sanitation and more conditioned areas stand out. It was concluded that access to the valued health facility was limited, evidencing problems due to the lack of emergency light devices, corridors that make circulation difficult, walls with non-washable paint, and ceilings that require repair. The health facility lacks a second floor for hospital beds, as well as air conditioning and ventilation.
