Resumen
El trabajo, detalla la implementación de un Sistema de Información Hospitalaria en una Clínica Privada ubicada en el norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil. El objetivo general es implementar un software y una aplicación móvil, que sea capaz de satisfacer las necesidades del personal médico que conforma este centro de salud privado, para mejorar y garantizar un buen sistema de atención hospitalaria. La implementación de dicho software ayudara al centro hospitalario a incrementar el bienestar de los usuarios y a la mejora continua del flujo de información de la Clínica privada, eliminando duplicidad de datos referente a la historia clínica de pacientes, aumento de eficiencia y compartiendo información entre los diferentes departamentos. Para el desarrollo se planificó y determinó estrategias para la implementación del nuevo sistema brindando un mejor servicio a los usuarios. A través de encuestas y entrevista ejecutadas al personal médico de la ciudadela “La Alborada” ubicada en el norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, se realizó un estudio de noción y averiguación sobre el Sistema de información Hospitalaria que se usaba en este centro de salud y los servicios que prestaban a los usuarios para luego realizar la implementación de un software que cumpla las expectativas del personal médico.
This work details the development of a Hospital Information System for a Private Clinic in the city of Guayaquil. Its main reason is to develop a software and a mobil application to be able to satisfy the medical staff´s needs of this private clinic in order to improve, guarantee, and put in practice a better hospital attention. The development of this software will fully help this Hospital Center to increase the comfort and promptly attention to the patients; in this way, it will improve and create a continue flow of information to avoid dates duplicity in the patient´s clinical histories increasing the medical staff´s efficiency and sharing vital information among the different hospital departments. In this new system, planning and strategies were dully applied working on surveys and interviews to the personal of the ¨La Alborada¨ neighborhood where the clinic is placed and it´s in the north part of Guayaquil city. This work also involved a notion and researching studies about the Hospital Information System used by this medical center regarding to the health services provided to patients before; so after that, we could be able to create a system complying with the medical personal of the hospital.
