dc.description.abstract	Los abscesos periodontales están asociados con una variedad de signos y síntomas que incluyen una inflamación purulenta localizada de los tejidos periodontales. El objetivo del presente artículo es evaluar y comparar la evidencia científica más importante acerca de las consideraciones diagnósticas y terapéuticas de los abscesos periodontales.El conocimiento de estos tipos de abscesos es de importancia en la comunidad odontológica del ecuador puesto que al momento de ser escogido el tema de tesis se denoto que hay muy pocos temas relacionados con esta investigación, lo cual queda demostrado como primordial la investigación de las consecuencias de los abscesos periodontales.Para tener una mejor imagen de la realidad la muestra está tomada de la revisión bibliográfica de donde se obtuvo resultados reales de los cuales se tabularon y se estructuro la realización de una interpretación de las causa y de tratamientos posible que sean utilices y eficaces.Así entonces tenemos la introducción al punto central de la tesis como es la utilización de la azitromicina y la amoxicilina en un estudio comparativo para combatir las bacterias que se alojan en el absceso periodontal, por ello el estudio de la farmacología es imprescindible en esta investigación así como el origen de estos antibióticos. Por consiguiente la comunidad será la más beneficiada por lo que se tendrá un estudio del antibiótico más eficaz para determinados abscesos periapicales y periodontales que se manifiesten en el paciente así como el cuidado que se debe tener para no volver a sufrir esta patología. Por todo lo antes mencionado se determinara el mejor antibiótico para determinados abscesos así como el mejor modo de poder llegar a la conciencia del paciente para poder así luchar tanto del ámbito profesional como por parte del paciente contra todos los signos y sintomas que se presentan en los abscesos alveolares o periapicales en estado agudo.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Periodontal abscesses are associated with a variety of signs and purulent symptoms including localized tissue inflammation periodontal . The aim of this paper is to evaluate and compare the most important scientific evidence about the diagnostic criteria and treatment of abscesses periodontales.El knowledge of these types of abscesses is of importance in the dental community since Ecuador that at the time of the chosen thesis topic I denote that there are very few issues related to this research , which is shown as primary research of the consequences of abscesses periodontales.Para get a better picture of reality shows is I borrowed from the literature review where actual results are obtained from the which was structured tabulated and performing an interpretation of the cause and possible treatments that are use and then eficaces.Así we have the introduction to the core of the thesis as the use of Azithromycin and amoxycillin in a comparative study to combat bacteria that live in the periodontal abscess is why the study of pharmacology is essential in this research as well as the source of these antibiotics . Therefore the more the community will benefit from what a study of the most effective antibiotic be taken for certain periapical and periodontal abscesses that manifest in the patient and as the care that must be taken never to suffer this condition. For all of the above will determine the best antibiotic for abscesses and determined the best way to reach awareness patient to fight well both professionally and by patient against all signs and symptoms that occur in the periapical alveolar abscesses or acute condition .	es_ES
