| dc.description.abstract | This research work shows Motivational Strategies to catch the interest of students in learning English as a second language. You can see how important is to motivate students, as not on imparting general knowledge required to involve young people and maintain interest in their different ages, but also, to provide education according to real needs of each student. With the application of motivational strategies such as Cooperative Learning, the Communicative Approach and Multiple Intelligences, they are focus doing more attractive the learning process in pairs, groups, favoring a friend ship, acceptance and cooperation among them, to have a more active student towards learning, this work emphasizes the use of a more real communication and the most important for students to develop their communicative comp etences. Important information was obtained from 115 respondents between teachers and students, the fundamental hypothesis states that more than 65% of respondents do not know orapply motivation and learning strategy. The conclusion of this research is concerned with the need to develop a Motivational Strategy Guide for the teacher; this guide can be applied to students of I-II level and can be adapted according to the needs of teachers. | dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación muestra estrategias de motivación para captar el interés de los estudiantes en el aprendizaje de inglés como segunda lengua. Se puede apreciar la importancia de motivar a los estudiantes, no sólo impartiendo conocimientos generales necesarios para involucrar a los jóvenes y mantener el interés en sus diferentes edades, sino también para proporcionar educación de acuerdo a las necesidades reales de cada estudiante. Con la aplicación de estrategias motivacionales como el Aprendizaje Cooperativo, el Enfoque Comunicativo y las Inteligencias Múltiples, se enfocan en hacer más atractivo el proceso de aprendizaje en parejas, grupos, favoreciendo una amistad, aceptación y cooperación entre ellos, para tener un estudiante más activo hacia Aprendizaje, este trabajo hace hincapié en el uso de una comunicación más real y la más importante para que los estudiantes desarrollen sus competencias comunicativas. Se obtuvo información importante de 115 entrevistados entre profesores y estudiantes, la hipótesis fundamental afirma que más del 65% de los encuestados no conocen o aplican la motivación y la estrategia de aprendizaje. La conclusión de esta investigación se refiere a la necesidad de desarrollar una Guía de Estrategia de Motivación para el profesor; Esta guía puede ser aplicada a estudiantes de nivel I-II y puede ser adaptada de acuerdo a las necesidades de los profesores.
