| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de este tema de investigación tiene como propósito evaluar los riesgos dentro del Centro Educativo Miraflores de la ciudad de Guayaquil, con el objetivo de identificar, elaborar y analizar los riesgos para recomendar soluciones y las respectivas acciones preventivas, que minimicen los riesgos relacionados en las actividades diarias dentro del establecimiento mejorando así el ambiente laboral. Para ello se van a aplicar técnicas en el área de seguridad y salud ocupacional, esto impulsara a que la institución conozca y dé a conocer las leyes y reglamentos relacionados a la seguridad, para que de esta forma haga cumplir las leyes que son impuestas por el ministerio de trabajo con el fin de evitar sanciones y prevenir riesgo que pueden generar dentro de las instalaciones. Siendo analizados los factores de riesgo, la propuesta se basa básicamente en sí, comprende en capacitar, dar mantenimiento y motivar al personal no en lo económico, sino que brindándole un lugar de trabajo acogedor donde se sienta seguro. El costo o la inversión de esta propuesta son de $ 9.186.77 para su implementación, lo cual no es mucho para el grado de satisfacción que va a obtener en el momento de su implementación. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The development of this research topic is projected to assess the risks in Centro Educativo Miraflores of Guayaquil, in order to identify, develop and analyze the risks to recommend solutions and the respective preventive measures that minimize the risks related to daily activities within the establishment thus improving the work environment. For this, it will be applied techniques in the area of occupational safety and health, this will encourage the institution to recognize and publicize the laws and regulations related to security, so that in this way the laws that are imposed by the labor ministry must be accomplished in order to avoid sanctions and prevent risks that may be generated within the facilities. Being analyzed risk factors, the proposal itself is based essentially in training, maintaining and motivating the staff not in an economic way, but providing a cozy place area of working where they can feel safe. The cost or investment of this proposal is $9.186.77 for the implementation, which is not much as the satisfaction you will get at the time of implementing it. | es_ES |
