Resumen
Se presentó el estado actual de la problemática de deserción estudiantil en la UNEMI, de Ecuador provocado por la falta de calidad humana de hodogogos frente a los problemas diarios que presentan los estudiantes. El objetivo de este artículo fue demostrar la necesidad de fortalecer la parte humana, los valores de respeto, solidaridad y convivencia.El resultado se expresó a través de un Manual Pedagógico de Ética y Valores con Enfoque Holístico por Proceso Direccionado a los Docentes de la Carrera de Ingeniería Comercial de la Universidad Estatal de Milagro. Se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico y métodos del nivel empírico, entre los que se destacan: histórico-lógico, análisis y síntesis, observación, entrevistas y el pre-experimento pedagógico para validar la propuesta científica.Como resultado se apreció una mejoría en la calidad de vida de todos y cada uno de las personas que conforman el área del idioma extranjero de la UNEMI mejorando la concepción personal de sí mismos deforma positiva
The problem of student desertion in the UNEMI of Ecuador was presented due to the lack of human quality of the companying pedagogues who are facing the daily problems that students present. The objective of this article was to demonstrate the need to strengthen the human part, the values of respect, solidarity and coexistence. The result was expressed through a Pedagogical Manual of Ethics and Values with a Holistic Approach for Processes directed to the teachers of the Commercial Engineering Career of the University of Milagro. Methods of theoretical and empirical level were used, among which the following stand out: historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, observation, interviews and the pedagogical pre-experiment to validate the scientific proposal. As a result, there was an improvement in the quality of life of each person who makes up the foreign language area of UNEMI, improving his or her personal conception of him-or herself in a positive way
