dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo fue realizado en el área de reclutamiento y selección de conductores en una empresa de transporte pesado. Utilizando la metodología de sistematización de experiencia permite identificar situaciones como: contratación inadecuada, alto índice de rotación, mal clima laboral, desorganización, falta de información en documentación, inexistencia de registros laborales y problemas financieros; evidenciando la necesidad de implementar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección. Se demostró que al desarrollar la aplicación de acciones y herramientas como: planificación de contratación, elaboración y utilización del perfil de los cargo, el establecer tiempos de cumplimiento para cubrir las vacantes, el manejo de los canales de comunicación para efectivizar el reclutamiento, el diagnóstico psicológico y comprobación de experiencia laboral justificado en la interacción con los aspirantes asistido de la debida verificación de información y resultados de los test psicológicos, así como también las pruebas de conocimiento de la ley de Tránsito y conducción de transporte pesado y el Certificado de Aptitud Laboral avalado por el médico de salud ocupacional de la empresa, finalizando con la contratación soportado en la ley laboral generando confianza y efectividad en la aplicación del mismo. En esta experiencia de sistematización los aprendizajes obtenidos permitieron reflexionar sobre las competencias personológicas y laborales utilizadas en el desarrollo del proceso, identificando técnicas e instrumentos a utilizar en el ejercicio profesional de acuerdo a la naturaleza de las empresas	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present work was carried out in the area of recruitment and selection of drivers in a transport company. Using the systematization methodology of experience, it is possible to identify situations such as: inadequate hiring, high turnover rate, bad work climate, disorganization, lack of information in documentation, inexistence of labor records and financial problems; evidencing the need to implement the recruitment and selection process. It was demonstrated that when developing the application of actions and tools such as: hiring planning, elaboration and use of the job profile, establishing compliance times to fill vacancies, managing communication channels to effect recruitment, psychological diagnosis and justified work experience verification in the interaction with the applicants assisted by the due verification of information and results of the psychological tests, as well as the knowledge tests of the Traffic law and heavy transport driving and the Certificate of Labor Aptitude endorsed by the company's occupational health doctor, ending with the hiring supported by labor law, generating confidence and effectiveness in its application. In this systematization experience, the learning obtained allowed us to reflect on the personological and labor competencies used in the development of the process, identifying techniques and instruments to be used in professional practice according to the nature of the companies	es_ES
