dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo se desarrolló a partir de la experiencia obtenida del proyecto de prácticas denominado "Construyendo una cultura de la diversidad" ejecutado en la escuela Tepeyac en la ciudad de Guayaquil. La experiencia sistematizada giró en torno a conocer las estrategias educativas usadas por los docentes y como a través de estas, los estudiantes que presentan algún tipo de dificultad, físico o intelectual pueden ser incluidos en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje junto a estudiantes regulares. El eje central de esta propuesta fue conocer ¿Cuáles son las estrategias utilizadas por los docentes que facilitan la atención de estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales asociadas a la discapacidad? La finalidad fue identificar a través de la aplicación de distintos instrumentos las estrategias y recursos empleados por docentes que permiten atender de una forma integral las necesidades educativas presentadas por los estudiantes. La metodología utilizada para la realización de este trabajo fue cualitativa y el diseño concierne a la sistematización de experiencias. Los instrumentos aplicados y las actividades realizadas durante la ejecución del proyecto permitieron dar cuenta del desconocimiento de los docentes con relación a técnicas o estrategias a utilizar para la atención de estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales. A partir de la ejecución del proyecto se pudo evidenciar, que las estrategias utilizadas por los docentes en la actualidad no facilitan el proceso de inclusión educativa que promueve la escuela, por lo que se recomienda brindar capacitaciones constantes al personal en lo que respecta a temas de inclusión y atención a la diversidad	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present work was developed from the experience obtained in the project called “Construyendo una cultura de la diversidad”. Which was executed in the school Tepeyac, in the city of Guayaquil. The systematized experience revolved around getting to know which educational strategies were used by the teachers and how trough this the students who present any difficulty, be it physical or intellectual, can be included in the learning-teaching process together with regular students. The main axis of this proposal was knowing: Which strategies are used by teacher who facilitate the attention towards students with special educational needs associated with disabilities? The main purpose was identifying, through the application of several instruments, the strategies and resources used by the teachers, that allow in an integral manner to attend the educational need presented by the students. The methodology used in the work was qualitative and the design was the systematization of experiences. The instruments applied and the activities carried out during the implementation of the project allowed to account for the ignorance of teachers regarding techniques or strategies to be used for the care of students with special educational needs. From the implementation of the project it was evidenced that the strategies used by teachers today do not facilitate the process of educational inclusion promoted by the school, so it is recommended to provide ongoing training to staff in terms of inclusion and attention to diversity issues	es_ES
