Resumen
En el presente trabajo de titulación, se busca analizar la cadena de suministro de una franquicia farmacéutica, para reducir los índices de quiebres de inventarios mediante una propuesta en base la metodología del modelo SCOR. Para identificar las causas que provocan la problemática, se utilizaron varias herramientas como una entrevista al personal del departamento de compras y abastecimiento y se genera una lluvia de ideas, se los ordena con un árbol de problemas y así poder medirlos con el diagrama de Pareto detallando cuales son las causas que están generando problemas para darles solución con los datos obtenidos. Se determina que los quiebres de inventarios se generan por irregularidades en el stock de los puntos de ventas, y los procesos que se llevan a cabo en la logística. Para esto es necesario diseñar un esquema bajo los pilares fundamentales de la metodología de modelo que son adaptada a la empresa las cuales son: Planificación, Aprovisionamiento, Distribución y Devolución.

It is determined that the bankruptcies of inventories are generated by irregularities in the stock of the points of sale, and the processes that are carried out in the logistics. For this, it is necessary to design an outline under the fundamental pillars of the model methodology that are adapted to the company which are: Planning, Provisioning, Distribution and Return.
