dc.description.abstract	El estudio acerca del servicio público de salud del cantón Vinces, que es tema de este artículo, se debe al deficiente servicio por el que atraviesa la población del mencionado cantón, lo que da lugar al traslado de pacientes a cantones vecinos, abandonando su sector de origen. Es así que los propósitos del artículo son: determinar las causas por las que la población acude al hospital; medir la cultura de prevención de salud; las enfermedades de mayor incidencia y especialistas que la población requiere. Para alcanzar los mencionados propósitos se aplicó técnica de encuesta-muestreo a 83 pobladores; la muestra fue tomada de diferentes sectores del cantón: centro urbano, sectores peri-centrales y sub-urbanos del cantón. Posteriormente, se muestran gráficos estadísticos, que permitieron el análisis de la información recolectada y luego poder concluir acerca de la problemática de salud para pasar posteriormente al análisis y propuesta de la solución espacial.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The study about the public health service of the canton of Vinces, which is the subject of this article, is due to the poor service that the population of the canton goes through, which leads to the transfer of patients to neighboring cantons, leaving their sector of origin. Thus, the purposes of the article are: to determine the causes by which the population goes to the hospital; measure the culture of health prevention; the diseases with the highest incidence and specialists that the population requires.To achieve the aforementioned purposes, a dispersed survey-sampling technique was applied to 83 inhabitants, located in the urban center, peri-central and sub-urban sectors of the canton. Subsequently, statistical graphs are shown, which allowed the analysis of the information collected and then be able to conclude about the health problem and then move on to the analysis and proposal of the spatial solution.	es_ES
