dc.description.abstractEn los últimos años, la competitividad entre destinos turísticos está marcando la evolución del sector turístico ecuatoriano, por tanto, se está estimulando la mejora en la gestión del turismo comunitario, para convertirlo en un destino a considerar por los potenciales turistas del mundo. Uno de los recursos de carácter intangible que incide de forma directa en la diferenciación de producto en la industria del turismo es el capital humano. En este trabajo se ofrece una visión estratégica del Turismo Comunitario. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación es bibliográfica basada en el acopio de información bibliográfica documental. Además, se contó con la opinión de expertos de varios ámbitos del sector. Para llevar a cabo este estudio se analizó de forma general la estructura laboral del sector turístico ecuatoriano y, en particular, de su incidencia en el desarrollo de las poblaciones costeras. Con todo ello se prevé la incidencia y el impacto que el turismo comunitario tendrá sobre la oferta turística en términos de sus Recursos Humanos, mercado laboral y calidad de servicio. Finalmente, se ofrecen algunas recomendaciones que persiguen ofrecer un camino hacia la competitividad del sector turístico del ecuador a través de nuestros Recursos Humanoes_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the last years, the competitiveness among tourist destinations is marking the evolution of the Ecuadorian tourist sector, therefore, the improvement is stimulating in the administration of the community tourism, to transform it into a destination to consider for the potential tourists of the world. One of the resources of intangible character that impacts in a direct way in the product differentiation in the industry of the tourism is the human capital. In this work he/she offers a strategic vision of the Community Tourism. The methodology used in this investigation is bibliographical based on the storing of documental bibliographical information. Also, he/she had the opinion of experts of several environments of the sector. To carry out this study it was analyzed in a general way the labor structure of the Ecuadorian tourist sector and, in particular, of their incidence in the development of the coastal populations. With everything it you prevé the incidence and the impact that the community tourism will have on the tourist offer in terms of its Human resources, labor market and quality of service. Finally, they offer some recommendations that pursue to offer a road toward the competitiveness of the tourist sector of the equator through our Human resourceses_ES
