endodoncia, es considerada muy importante para el éxito del tratamiento;
This research will show that the field of endodontics in recent years has made great strides since technological point of view in order to improve the quality of the treatments and increase the success rate of the same . This technology advantage incorporating new designs in limes have allowed use rotary instruments in preparation biomechanics of the ducts. Biomechanical preparation , like other phases of the endodontics , is considered very important for successful treatment ; so much so that a statement published by a professional turned celebrated in endodontics : "The most important in the treatment of root canal is what is removed inside and not what is place in it. " Therefore one of the objectives of this project will compare the system of rotary instruments with technical conventional , so as to define which of the two systems would be more biomechanical preparation effective duct . We will develop our work with bibliographic support , applying scientific and quasi- experimental methods in which the basic tool be the patient's history and additional tests for thereby obtain highly satisfactory results in knowledge and system compared with the art rotary instruments Conventional preparation biomechanics ducts. This research hopefully you will support many students of the Faculty of Dentistry Pilot State University Guayaquil to correctly choose to know which would be the two the most effective conduit biomechanical preparation technique.
