| dc.description.abstract | La palabra Autismo aparece inicialmente en 1911 por el psiquiatra suizo Eugene Bleuler para hacer referencia a un trastorno del pensamiento; sin embargo, en 1943, el psiquiatra austriaco, Leo Kanner, describe por primera vez al autismo como un síndrome para después tener una categoría de diagnóstico médico. Objetivo: Determinar cómo funciona la Técnica TEACCH en pacientes con trastorno del espectro autista el área odontológica. Metodología: Investigación de tipo bibliográfico, con enfoque cualitativo, analítico – sintético, para lo cual se seleccionaron artículos y revistas científicas tanto del área de odontología y psicología, como son Ciencias Psicológicas, Rev Med Inst Mex Seguro Soc., Pediatría Integral, Revista Cúpula, Fellow en Psiquiatría de Niños y Adolescentes, Ciencias Psicológicas, Gaceta Dental, Gac. int. cienc. Forense, Odontol. Sanmarquina, Univ Odonto y otros. Los instrumentos utilizados para el desarrollo de esta investigación fueron, equipos tecnológicos y acceso a internet en los metabuscadores. Resultados: Se pudo establecer que la diferencia de las otras técnicas con la técnica TEACCH radica en la implementación de pictogramas, a través de los cuales podemos mejorar el contacto visual de una forma didáctica. Conclusión: Se determina que al enseñar a los padres la función de la técnica TEACCH puedan adaptarlas a las actividades cotidianas del niño. | es_ES |

Objective: Establish how works the skill TEACCH in patients with autism spectrum in dental aerea. Methodology:Bibliographic reseach, with cualitative focus, analytical- synthetic for what were selected articles and scientific publications like dental aerea and phsycology aerea, like are psycological science, Rev Med Inst Mex seguro soc., Pediatria integral, Revista cupula, Fellow en psiquiatria de niños y adolescentes, Ciencias Psicologicas, Gaceta Dental, Gac. int. cienc. Forense, odontol. Sanmarquina, Univ Odonto and others. The isnturments were used for the process in this reserach were, technical equipment and ineternet access in the metasearch. Results: Can stablish that the difference the other thecniques with the TEACCH thecnique lies in the implementation of pictograms, through which we can better yhe visual contact in a didatic way.
