dc.description.abstractEn la malla curricular vigente, de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Guayaquil, no se ha integrado como disciplina obligatoria, una asignatura relacionada con el estudio de las leyes, reglamentos, normas de construcción y ordenanzas municipales, lo que ha generado una notable desventaja frente a profesionales graduados en otras universidades. Uno de los objetivos de esta investigación, es elaborar como propuesta el micro-diseño curricular de la asignatura “Leyes, Ordenanzas Municipales de Edificaciones y Construcciones”, con la finalidad de coadyuvar en la formación jurídico-científica de los futuros profesionales en arquitectura y urbanismo y con ello propiciar que sean más competitivos en el mercado laboral, con conocimientos de tipo legal y normativo para la elaboración de proyectos arquitectónicos, a la vez, que se propone la incorporación de esta asignatura al pénsum académico de la facultad. Se definieron dos variables que propiciaron la formulación de dos objetivos generales y de los objetivos específicos que orientaron a la vez el proceso investigativo. En el marco teórico se definieron diversas teorías del diseño curricular, de urbanismo y planificación y un amplio estudio de las leyes y ordenanzas municipales de edificaciones y construcciones. La modalidad de la investigación es de proyecto factible, puesto que se apoya en la investigación de campo y en la bibliográfica. La investigación de campo se efectuó a través de la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas a los estudiantes de la facultad, a sus directivos, y a un sector de profesionales en arquitectura, usuarios del departamento del Control de Edificaciones del Municipio de Guayaquil. El análisis e interpretación de los resultados, justificaron la importancia de la propuesta planteada en el presente estudio, el mismo que se complementa con una amplia selección de conclusiones y recomendaciones.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the curricular mesh in force, of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Guayaquil, a subject related to the study of laws, regulations, construction norms and municipal ordinances has not been integrated as a compulsory discipline, which has generated a notable disadvantage in front of professionals graduated in other universities. One of the objectives of this research is to develop as a proposal the curricular micro-design of the subject "Laws, Municipal Ordinances of Buildings and Constructions", with the aim of contributing to the juridico-scientific formation of future professionals in architecture and urbanism and with this, encourage them to be more competitive in the labor market, with legal and regulatory knowledge for the preparation of architectural projects, at the same time, which proposes the incorporation of this subject to the academic congress of the faculty. Two variables were defined that favored the formulation of two general objectives and the specific objectivesthat guided the investigative process at the same time. In the theoretical framework, various theories of curricular design, urban planning and planning and a broad study of the municipal laws and ordinances of buildings and constructions were defined. The modality of the research is feasible project, since it is based on field research and bibliography. The field research was carried out through the application of surveys and interviews to the students of the faculty, to their managers, and to a sector ofprofessionals in architecture, users of the Department of Building Control of the Municipality of Guayaquil. The analysis and interpretation of the results justified the importance of the proposal presented in this study, which is complemented by a wide selection of conclusions and recommendations.es_ES
