Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad proponer el diseño de un sistema de gestión en
seguridad y salud ocupacional en las actividades que realiza la empresa MC PLAST, durante
la fabricación de mangueras de riego. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación fue la
investigación descriptiva; utilizando herramientas como la encuesta realizada al personal
que labora en la empresa y el análisis de puestos de trabajo mediante la implementación de
una matriz de riesgos.
Luego de realizar la investigación correspondiente se pudieron identificar riesgos e
incumplimientos que podrían ocasionar accidentes o enfermedades ocupacionales, se
procedió a proponer un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional con fin de reducir los
riesgos y a su vez se propuso la implementación de indicadores que ayuden a identificar el
cumplimiento de las medidas propuestas que forman parte de la propuesta del trabajo de
titulación.
The purpose of this project is to propose the design of an occupational health and safety management system in the activities carried out by the company MC PLAST, during the manufacture of irrigation hoses. The methodology used in this research was descriptive research; using tools such as the survey of the personnel that works in the company and the analysis of jobs through the implementation of a risk matrix. After carrying out the corresponding investigation, it was possible to identify risks and non-compliances that could cause accidents or occupational diseases, an occupational health and safety system was proposed in order to reduce the risks and, in turn, the implementation of indicators that help to identify compliance with the proposed measures that are part of the degree work proposal.
