dc.description.abstract	El proyecto de "Intervención Urbano-Arquitectónica en el Borde del Estero Salado, entre Av. 17 y Portete, al suroeste de Guayaquil" representa un esfuerzo importante para abordar los desa�os urbanos y arquitectónicos en el área afectada por la ocupación ilegal de los terrenos del estero salado. El Estero Salado es un recurso natural crucial para el ecosistema de Guayaquil, y su preservación es de suma importancia para garan�zar el equilibrio ambiental y la biodiversidad. Sin embargo, la ocupación ilegal de los terrenos cercanos al estero ha generado serios problemas, tanto para la comunidad residente como para la conservación del entorno natural. La reubicación planificada de las familias afectadas representa una solución estratégica para mi�gar los riesgos futuros asociados con la ocupación ilegal y proteger la vida y los bienes de los residentes. Al proporcionar a estas familias la oportunidad de vivir en un entorno seguro y adecuado, se busca mejorar su calidad de vida y garan�zar su bienestar a largo plazo. Además, la liberación de los terrenos ocupados ilegalmente abre una valiosa oportunidad para restaurar y conservar el estero salado. El espacio recuperado puede ser rehabilitado como un hábitat natural para la fauna local, promoviendo la conservación de especies y el equilibrio ecológico.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The "Urban-Architectural Interven�on on the Edge of the Estero Salado, between Av. 17 and Portete, southwest of Guayaquil" project represents an important effort to address the urban and architectural challenges in the area affected by the illegal occupa�on of the lands of the salty estuary. The Estero Salado is a crucial natural resource for the Guayaquil ecosystem, and its use is of the utmost importance to guarantee environmental balance and biodiversity. However, the illegal occupa�on of the land near the estuary has generated serious problems, both for the resident community and for the conserva�on of the natural environment. The planned reloca�on of affected families represents a strategic solu�on to mi�gate future risks associated with illegal occupa�on and protect the lives and property of residents. By providing these families with the opportunity to live in a safe and adequate environment, the aim is to improve their quality of life and guarantee their well-being in the long term. In addi�on, the release of illegally occupied land opens up a valuable opportunity to restore and conserve the salty estuary. The recovered space can be rehabilitated as a natural habitat for local fauna, promo�ng the conserva�on of species and ecological balance.	es_ES
