Resumen
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo analizar los mercados financieros internacionales y los efectos de la crisis en el mundo; así también, cómo mitigar sus efectos mediante políticas contracíclicas para la economía internacional y para la economía ecuatoriana; en el tercer capítulo vemos instrumentos que pueden reducir este efecto como es la titularización e instrumentos para el control hipotecario como son las cédulas hipotecarias. Finalmente recomendamos los diferentes marcos legales, jurídicos e institucionales que la economía ecuatoriana pudiera desarrollar mediante leyes que la asamblea promulgue para un buen vivir y el mejor efecto para la sociedad.
he objective of this research is to analyze international financial markets and the effects of the crisis in the world; also, how to mitigate its effects through countercyclical policies for the international economy and for the Ecuadorian economy; In the third chapter we see instruments that can reduce this effect such as securitization and instruments for mortgage control such as mortgage bonds. Finally, we recommend the different legal, juridical and institutional frameworks that the Ecuadorian economy could develop through laws that the assembly promulgates for a good life and the best effect for society.
