dc.description.abstract	El trabajo infantil, tiene relación directa con el desarrollo integral del menor debido a que es una actividad de efectos multiplicadores que priva a los niños, niñas y adolescentes de sus derechos en sus etapas de crecimiento afectando su desenvolvimiento intelectual y desarrollo de sus capacidades; a su vez incide en la salud por la exposición a factores del medio ambiente y la dificultad de la actividad siendo sumamente perjudicial. Por lo cual se analiza la importancia de la erradicación del trabajo infantil y cómo influye el nivel socio-económico. Teniendo que, en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, Código de la Niñez y Adolescencia, la Organización Internacional del trabajo, la UNICEF y el Ministerio de Inclusión Social, detallan derechos y estipulaciones a favor del menor como programas y políticas aplicadas para erradicar el trabajo infantil buscando un país libre de trabajo infantil y violación de los derechos del menor.	es_ES

Therefore, the importance of the eradication of child labor and how the socio-economic level influences it is analyzed.
