dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo constituye una amplia reflexión ético-teórica en torno a las cuestiones centrales y más controvertidas del periodismo: la libertad de expresión y la formación profesional o técnica del periodista. El centro de interés de éste es el análisis de los aspectos éticos, de los principios de libertad y de responsabilidad, basamento de la profesión periodística. Para el acopio de información se empleo el método descriptivo y la investigación bibliográfica documental, dispositivos de almacenamiento de memoria, investigación en la Web, lectura de libros y revistas. Los fundamentos teóricos, constitutivos axiológicos para darle carácter de fortalecimiento a la labor investigativa. El plan de la obra está estructurado en tres partes. La primera se ocupa de los conceptos relevantes de la ética como una disciplina modeladora del comportamiento humano. La segunda parte contiene los caracteres y funciones del periodismo en las sociedades modernas, la Libertad de expresión, sus tendencias, los medios de comunicación y sus derechos. La tercer parte enfoca el impacto en los medios de comunicación, La censura y autocensura en la prensa en el periodismo figura del profesional de la información, el Lenguaje mediático. dc.description.abstract	The present work constitutes a wide ethical-theoretical reflection around the central and more controversial questions of the journalism: the printing freedom and the professional formation or the journalist's technique. The center of interest of this is the analysis of the ethical aspects, of the principles of freedom and of responsibility, basement of the journalistic profession. For the storing of information you employment the descriptive method and the documental bibliographical investigation, storage devices by heart, investigation in the Web, reading of books and magazines. The foundations theoretical, constituent axiológicos to give invigoration character to the investigative work. The plan of the work is structured in three parts. The first one is in charge of of the outstanding concepts of the ethics as a discipline modeladora of the human behavior. The second part contains the characters and functions of the journalism in the modern societies, the freedom of speech, its tendencies, the media and its rights. The third part focuses the impact in the media, The censorship and autocensura in the press in the journalism it figures of the professional of the information, the Language mediático.	es_ES
