| dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis trata sobre la creación de un “Cibercafé”, debido a las necesidades que requieren los ciudadanos que viven en el sector de Mucho Lote I al norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil ya que en la actualidad está afectada por un factor tecnológico que cada día crece y con el transcurso del tiempo se crean nuevos formas de comunicaciones, nuevos aparatos tecnológicos, es por eso que este proyecto nos permitirá aplicar todos los conocimientos adquiridos con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades del público en general para así satisfacer sus necesidades en cuanto al uso de internet, con este estudio pretendemos alcanzar una visión a futuro de la realidad empresarial y esperamos que todo nuestro esfuerzo sirva de apoyo a la comunidad del sector y refleje la excelencia académica adquirida en la universidad. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer un servicio de internet y sus servicios relacionados de calidad que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente así como, por el cual lo alcanzaremos a través de una investigación de mercado adecuado y la elaboración de planes de financiamiento, planes estratégicos, etc. Elaborando un estudio de mercado por medio de la aplicación de técnicas de investigación ya conocidas que permitirán conocer la demanda, oferta y precios, realizar un estudio técnico que permita hacer un análisis de factibilidad y conocer si el proyecto a realizarse tendrá éxito, junto con un análisis económico-financiero con la finalidad de conocer la realización de la propuesta, además se implementará valores corporativos, misión y visión que serán los pilares fundamentales del negocio, y finalmente analizar si los posibles impactos que se generen incidirán al momento de llevar a cabo el proyecto. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with the creation of a "Cybercafé", due to the necessities that the citizens living in the Lot Lot I sector in the north of the city of Guayaquil require since it is currently affected by a technological factor that each day grows and with the passage of time new forms of communications, new technological devices are created, that is why this project will allow us to apply all the acquired knowledge in order to satisfy the needs of the general public in order to satisfy their needs as soon as to the use of the internet, with this study we intend to achieve a vision of the future of business reality and we hope that all our efforts will support the community of the sector and reflect the academic excellence acquired in the university. Our goal is to offer an internet service and its related quality services that meet the needs of the client as well as, through which we will achieve through an adequate market research and the development of financing plans, strategic plans, etc. Elaborating a market study through the application of already known research techniques that will allow to know the demand, offer and prices, carry out a technical study that allows to make a feasibility analysis and know if the project to be carried out will be successful, together with a economic-financial analysis in order to know the realization of the proposal, also will implement corporate values, mission and vision that will be the fundamental pillars of the business, and finally analyze whether the possible impacts generated will affect the time of carrying out the draft. | es_ES |
