dc.description.abstract	This research project aims to determine the influence of Motivational Talks to improve the communicative interaction in English as a foreign language. To accomplish that, it was necessary to identify the difficulties encountered in Tercero de Bachillerato “B” students through proper techniques and instruments to collect the essential information. First, the observation was implemented to know the educational environment and the student performance in class. Then, the survey was applied to the students to understand their perspectives regarding their learning. Finally, the interview with the English teacher in charge was effectuated to know his teaching learning methodology within the teaching-learning process and corroborate their difficulties. Using this information, a proposal was presented for the resolution of the conflict situation, a guide for developing communicative interaction through Motivational Talks. This didactic and pedagogical tool favors students in improving communication skills corresponding to the established level they must have.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de las Charlas Motivacionales para mejorar la interacción comunicativa en inglés como lengua extranjera. Para lograrlo, fue necesario identificar las dificultades encontradas en los estudiantes de Tercero de Bachillerato “B” a través de técnicas e instrumentos adecuados para recolectar la información esencial. En primer lugar, se implementó la observación para conocer el ambiente educativo y el desempeño de los estudiantes en clase. Luego, se aplicó la encuesta a los estudiantes para conocer sus perspectivas respecto a su aprendizaje. Finalmente, se efectuó la entrevista a la docente de inglés a cargo para conocer su metodología de enseñanza-aprendizaje dentro del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y corroborar sus dificultades. Con esta información se presentó una propuesta para la resolución de la situación de conflicto, una guía para desarrollar la interacción comunicativa a través de Charlas Motivacionales. Esta herramienta didáctica y pedagógica favorece que los estudiantes mejoren las habilidades comunicativas correspondientes al nivel establecido que deben tener.	es_ES
