dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo se refiere a la experiencia sistematizada, que contempla la recuperación del proceso vivido del proyecto de octavo semestre, en vinculación con la Fundación Huertos De Los Olivos. El objetivo de esta sistematización es “Demostrar la Importancia del Acompañamiento Familiar en el proceso de inclusión educativa en adultos con discapacidad, en el sector de Mapasingue Este”, donde la familia asignada por la Fundación tiene como integrante a un adulto con discapacidad. Mediante la observación y aplicación de instrumentos la autora responderá a la pregunta eje de esta sistematización que es ¿De qué manera se puede mejorar el acompañamiento familiar en el proceso de inclusión educativa en adultos con discapacidad en el sector? El Método utilizado fue de tipo cualitativo, utilizando un diseño narrativo, la información obtenida fue mediante el empleo de técnicas como la observación, entrevista, y reuniones con la familia que derivó a la capacitación de esta mediante un taller de sensibilización llamado, “Promoviendo un cambio cultural e inclusión” con el propósito de ampliar el conocimiento acerca de la inclusión social y educativa, teniendo como resultado un cambio cultural y la adquisición de conocimientos. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se revisaron conceptos como, familia, inclusión educativa, necesidades educativas especiales, equidad e inclusión. Dentro de los resultados obtenidos y en respuesta a la pregunta eje, es que la familia es una red de apoyo y que el acompañamiento se puede mejorar con estrategias, recursos y capacitación, en donde la persona con discapacidad podrá incluirse, desarrollarse y desenvolverse en al ámbito educativo, social y cultural	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This paper refers to the systematized experience, which includes the recovery of the process of the eighth semester project, in connection with the Huertos De Los Olivos Foundation. The objective of this systematization is “Demonstrate the Importance of Family Accompaniment in the process of educational inclusion in adults with disabilities, in the East Mapsing sector”, where the family assigned by the Foundation has an adult with a disability. Through the observation and application of instruments, the author will answer the main question of this systematization which is: How can family support be improved in the process of educational inclusion in adults with disabilities in the sector? The method used was of type Qualitative, using a narrative design, the information obtained was through the use of techniques such as observation, interview, and meetings with the family that led to the training of the same through an awareness workshop called, "Promoting a cultural change and inclusion" with the aim of expanding knowledge about social inclusion and educational, resulting in cultural change and knowledge acquisition. For the development of this work and reviewed concepts such as family, educational inclusion, special educational needs, equity and inclusion. Among the results obtained and in response to the main question, it is that the family is a support network and that the accompaniment can be improved with strategies, resources and training, where the person with disabilities can be included, developed and developed in the educational, social and cultural field	es_ES
