Resumen
La selección de talentos en el natación es de gran importancia para obtener resultados competitivos en las primeras edades; un diagnóstico realizado en la Escuela permanente de Natación de la Liga Deportiva Cantonal de Daule demostró que hay insuficiencias en la selección de talentos lo que permitió al autor desarrollar el siguiente problema científico ¿Qué indicadores establecer para la selección de talentos deportivos de a categoría menores en la escuela permanente de natación para la Liga Deportiva Cantonal de Daule? Dando cabida a que en la investigación se utilizaran métodos empíricos tales como antropométricos, test técnicos, test físicos, lo que permitió al autor desarrollar una propuesta de un sistema de indicadores que se basa en los modelos existentes del mismo que lleva indicadores biológicos antropométricos, funcionales, técnicos para que aporte como material documental
bibliográfico.
