Resumen
Derecho, institución pública ecuatoriana situada en la ciudad de Guayaquil.
Dentro del nuevo contexto político de la educación ecuatoriana se resalta la
necesidad de contar con sistemas educativos de educación superior enfocados
a garantizar igual oportunidades de ingreso, permanencia y culminación a todos
los estudiantes, porque la inclusión educativa es un derecho y una
responsabilidad de todos los actores del proceso educativo. La metodología que
se utilizo fue la investigación de campo, descriptiva, narrativa y explicativa, se
utilizaron dos técnicas; la encuesta y la entrevista, por ser un medio cuantitativo
y estandarizado a través de este se procedió a direccionar las preguntas a los
actores del proceso educativo docentes y estudiantes para medir la inclusión.
Los resultados evidenciaron los actos de discriminación al interior de los
recintos universitarios que se dan de forma cotidiana por la falta de
conocimiento en temas de discapacidad. Considerando la política pública en sus
ejes de participación, sensibilización, educación y accesibilidad se elaboró un
plan de sensibilización que puede ser replicado en todas las universidades e
instituciones públicas y privadas del país. El plan contiene 4 temas que enfocan
los derechos, humanos, el conocimiento y manejo del verdadero significado en
discapacidades, las diversas formas de discapacidad que existen y finalmente el
lenguaje positivo y buen trato para referirnos o hablar de discapacidad. Todos
los temas propuestos nacen de la revisión a las normas legales, contexto de la
cultura ecuatoriana y necesidades educativas.
This research was carried out in the Faculty of law, law degree, Ecuadorian public institution located in the city of Guayaquil. Within the new political context of the Ecuadorian education highlights the need for targeted educational system of higher education to ensure equal opportunities of income, retention and completion all students, for inclusive education is a right and a responsibility of all stakeholders in the educational process. The methodology used was the field research, descriptive, explanatory and narrative, used two techniques; the survey and interview, as a means of quantitative and standardized through this proceeded to direct questions to the actors of the educational process teachers and students to measure the inclusion. The results showed the acts of discrimination inside the campuses that occur everyday way due to the lack of knowledge on disability issues. Considering public policy in their axis of participation, awareness, education and accessibility plan was developed an awareness that can be replicated in all universities and public and private institutions in the country. The plan contains 4 tracks focused on rights, human, knowledge and management of the true meaning in disabilities, various forms of disabilities that exist and finally the positive language and good treatment to refer us or talk about disabilities. All the proposed issues are born of the review to the legal rules, context of Ecuadorian culture and educational needs
