Resumen
Este proyecto consiste en presentar un sistema de seguimiento o rastreo (GPS y GPRS), utilizando como medio de transmisión el teléfono celular, con la cual podamos obtener alertas desde el vehículo y saber en tiempo real la ubicación geográfica del mismo, para así poder tener la potestad de tomar cualquier acción (cortar el flujo de combustible, cierre de puertas), también tendrá la opción de administrar todas estas opciones por medio del internet. Todo esto es necesario ya que el número de robos de vehículos en nuestro país aumentó entre el año 2015 al 2016, y este delito está ubicado entre los tres principales delitos a nivel nacional, hoy en día existen compañías que brindan este servicio, pero la diferencia de este proyecto es que este tiene bajo costo económico en referencia al brindado por las compañías apuntando a un sector del mercado que quiere obtener el servicio, pero no está en condiciones económicas para adquirirlo.
