Resumen
Se realizó como requisito que impone la UNIVERSIDAD ESTATAL DE GUAYAQUIL, previo a optar al Título de CONTADOR PUBLICO AUTORIZADO, es por ello que se realiza la presente investigación para determinar y comprobar los siguientes objetivos específicos. El primer objetivo es evaluar le Control Interno del área de Talento Humano Administrativo y Personal Médico, esto se realizara por medio de pruebas que permiten identificar controle riesgos y probar los proceso de la empresa. El segundo objetivo es Determinar Puntos Críticos en la Administración de Talento Humano y del personal médico, cabe mencionar que la empresa trabaja con personal extranjero. El tercer objetivo es Determinar Eficiencia, Eficacia y Economía para el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas del centro médico mediante indicadores de gestión al personal Administrativo y personal médico para determinar la utilización racional de los recursos disponibles a un mínimo costo. El cuarto objetivo es Elaborar un Informe de Auditoría de Gestión de INTRICALMED S.A que contenga conclusiones y recomendaciones para mejora del centro médico.
It was done as a requirement imposed by the STATE UNIVERSITY OF GUAYAQUIL, prior to opting for the AUTHORIZED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT Title that is why the present investigation is carried out to determine and verify the following specific objectives. The first objective is to evaluate the Internal Control of the Human Administrative Talent area and Medical Personnel; this will be done through tests that allow to identify control risks and to test the company's process. The second objective is to Determine Critical Points in Human Talent Management and medical personnel, it is worth mentioning that the company works with foreign personnel. The third objective is to determine Efficiency, Efficiency and Economics for the accomplishment of the objectives and goals of the medical center through management indicators to the administrative staff and medical personnel to determine the rational use of available resources at a minimum cost. The fourth objective is to prepare a Management Audit Report for INTRICALMED S.A containing conclusions and recommendations for improvement of the medical center.
