dc.description.abstract | La revitalización es un tratamiento regenerativo con un enfoque biológico alternativo para tratar dientes inmaduros con pulpa necrótica por caries o traumatismos. Están dirigidos a controlar la infección con un mínimo de instrumentos y abundante irrigación. Este estudio es de tipo transversal descriptivo y participativo. El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar la pieza dentaria #21 al cabo de 3 meses en la cual se realizó el procedimiento de revitalización pulpar utilizando la pasta biantibiótica. El experimento se enfocó en un tratamiento conservador para lograr erradicar el proceso infeccioso periapical que presenta una pieza dental con el ápice completamente cerrado utilizando Amoxicilina de 500 mg. y Metrodinazol de 500 mg., con una irrigación profusa de Hipoclorito de Sodio al 2.5%. Obteniendo como resultado paciente completamente asintomática y radiográficamente disminución del absceso periapical. dc.description.abstract | Revitalization is a regenerative treatment with an alternative biological approach to treat immature teeth with necrotic pulp due to caries or trauma. They are directed to control the infection with a minimum of instruments and abundant irrigation. This study is descriptive and participatory. The objective of this study was to evaluate the dental piece # 21 after 3 months in which the pulp revitalization procedure was performed using the biantibiotic paste. The experiment focused on a conservative treatment to eradicate the periapical infectious process that presents a tooth piece with the apex completely closed using Amoxicillin 500 mg. And Metrodinazol 500 mg., With profuse irrigation of 2.5% Sodium Hypochlorite. Obtaining as a result completely asymptomatic patient and radiographically decreased periapical abscess.
