dc.description.abstract	Diseño de un modelo de negocio de franquicia para la “Escuela Técnica de Fútbol”, 2018; en la parroquia La Puntilla del cantón Samborondón, provincia del Guayas – Ecuador, se procedió a realizar un modelo de negocios de franquicia de una escuela de fútbol, la cual se encarga de formar recursos humanos para activar el deporte del balompié en La Puntilla, dirigida para niños de 4 a 12 años de edad formándolos a base de técnicas, tácticas y valores sociales para un mejor aprendizaje de dicho deporte. Actualmente la Puntilla – Samborondón no cuenta con una Escuela Técnica de Fútbol que permita que los niños entrenen de forma recreativa las técnicas del fútbol. Por eso, vimos la necesidad de franquiciar la actual Escuela Técnica de Fútbol ubicada en la vía a la Costa y trasladarla a la parroquia La Puntilla del cantón Samborondón, guiándonos bajo sus mismos parámetros y políticas de la actual marca, con la finalidad de que la misma se haga conocer en el territorio nacional. El desarrollo del presente proyecto es estimado bajo el modelo de la actual Escuela Técnica de Fútbol en la vía a la Costa porque al tratarse de una franquicia debemos respectar políticas internas de la institución deportiva.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Design of a franchise business model for the "football technical school", 2018; in La Puntilla parish of the canton of Samborondón, province of Guayas - Ecuador, a franchise business model of a football school was developed, which is responsible for training human resources to activate the sport of football at La Puntilla, directed for children from 4 to 12 years of age, training them based on techniques, tactics and social values for a better learning of said sport. At the moment the Puntilla - Samborondón does not count on a Technical School of Soccer that allows that the children train of recreational form the soccer techniques. Therefore, we saw the need to franchise the current Technical School of Soccer located on the road to the coast and move it to the parish of La Puntilla of the canton of Samborondón, guiding us under the same parameters and policies of the current brand, with the purpose that the same be made known in the national territory. The development of this project is estimated under the model of the current Technical School of Football on the road to the Coast because being a franchise we must respect internal policies of the sports institution.	es_ES
