| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo diseñar estrategias de marketing social que permitan generar conciencia sobre el trabajo que realiza la Cruz Roja Ecuatoriana. Este trabajo de titulación propone estrategias de comunicación que motive no solo donadores sino también captar la atención de potenciales auspiciantes. Se realizo una investigación de campo en la Ciudad de Guayaquil la cual dio como resultado que las personas no conocen sobre los beneficios que ofrece la Cruz Roja por ser donador de sangre, Con la información obtenida se procedió a diseñar estrategias de marketing social que aporten al cambio de comportamiento de la ciudadanía. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The objetive of this thesis is to design social marketing strategies that generate awareness about the work carried out by the Ecuadorian Cruz Roja. This titling work proposes communication strategies that motivate not only donors but also attract the attention of potential sponsors. A field investigation was carried out in the City of Guayaquil, which resulted in people not knowing about the benefits offered by the Cruz Roja for being a blood donor. With the information obtained, social marketing strategies were designed to contribute to the change of citizenship behavior. | es_ES |
