The present model agronomic study, analyzes the evaluation of two varieties of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) to four doses of foliar application complemented with potassium phosphite. The study was carried out in the experimental unit of the "University of Guayaquil" located in the area of "Vainillo", El Triunfo Canton, Guayas province, with the objective of proposing mechanisms that contribute the improvement of the productivity and profitability of the crop. Due to the nature of the study, the variables to be evaluated were analyzed with the fully randomized block design, in 2x5 factorial arrangement distributed in four replications. For the comparison of means, the Tukey test was used at 5% of probabilities. At the end of the work, the results obtained had to do with the plant height, pods per plant, seeds per plant, seeds per pod, weight 100 seeds and yield. In addition, there was an economic comparison of the best treatment with the normal costs of the producer.
