dc.description.abstractEn toda obra civil los retrasos que se presentan son constantes, por lo que existen problemas entre las entidades: contratistas y contratante. Para evitar los desfaces en los proyectos es importante tener una buena planificación, donde se especifican puntos de control durante su ejecución para revisar los avances obtenidos y analizar las causas de los retrasos de las obras para caso en que se presentaran. El presente trabajo de titulación se basará en la aplicación de métodos para determinar posibles retrasos y responsabilidades en los avances del proyecto “GALPÓN CENTRO DE LOGÍSTICA DE TERMINAL DE CARGA DEL ECUADOR”, que se está llevando a cabo en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Utilizando el método de valor ganado se desarrollará un análisis económico del cual obtendremos el rendimiento de los avances del proyecto, utilizando la línea base de la dirección de proyectos: Alcance, costo y tiempo, hallando la variación económica en ejecución de los avances.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn all civil works the delays that occur are constant, so there are problems between the entities: contractors and contractor. To avoid mismatches in the projects it is important to have a good planning, where control points are specified during their execution to review the progress made and analyze the causes of the delays of the works in case they were presented. This qualification work will be based on the application of methods to determine possible delays and responsibilities in the progress of the project "DEFINITIVE STUDIES FOR GALPÓN LOGISTICS CENTER OF AIRPORT CARGO TERMINAL", which is being carried out in the city of Guayaquil. Also using the earned value method, an economic analysis will be developed from which we will obtain the performance of the project's progress, using the baseline of the project management: Scope, cost and time, finding the economic variation in execution of the advances.es_ES
