Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como propósito diseñar un sistema de gestión por procesos en
le empresa Suingersa S.A.
A través de conceptos bibliográficos e investigaciones, se hará un análisis de los procesos
estratégicos, claves y de control, para así crear mapa de procesos para las áreas de
comercialización.
Al fin de la investigación se darán las conclusiones y recomendaciones en base al estudio
hecho.
Por consecuente dicha investigación ayudará a la mejora de la organización, en cuanto a la
organización y operación, generando a su vez la satisfacción de los cliente y logrando mayor
rentabilidad y menos desperdicio en sus actividades.
This research aims to design a system process management company in Suingersa S.A. Through bibliographic concepts and research, it will be an analysis of the strategic processes, and control keys, thus creating process map for the areas of marketing.At the end of the investigation findings and recommendations based on the study made will be given. By subsequent this research that will help improve the organization, in terms of organization and operation, while generating customer satisfaction and achieving greater profitability and less waste in their activities.
